Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance. Winnings generated from bonus wagers that exceed the stated maximum bonus win cap will be capped accordingly.

In the event of an obvious error in the display of odds, market prices, game outcomes, or other data on the Platform (due to technical failure, data feed error, or human mistake), mycuci1 reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund stakes, regardless of whether the error was known to the member at the time of betting. Deliberate exploitation of obvious errors is considered prohibited conduct under Section 7.

If a disconnection occurs mid-game or mid-bet due to technical issues on the member's side or on the Platform's side, bets will be settled in accordance with the outcome recorded on our server logs, which are considered the authoritative record. In any event, mycuci1's total aggregate liability to any member for all claims arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mycuci1 is licensed. Any dispute arising between a member and mycuci1 that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support team shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, as determined by mycuci1 at the time of the dispute.
Before initiating formal dispute resolution, members are required to contact mycuci1 in writing at [email protected] and allow a minimum of 30 days for mycuci1 to investigate and respond to the complaint. Disputes regarding the outcome of games or sports events must be raised within 7 days of the relevant event.
